Refund Policy
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Contact Customer Service:
Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Return Instructions:
After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Ship the Item Back:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.)
You can download the free waybill after passing the preliminary verification of returns from the page. Print the waybill and post the return parcel for free. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Return Conditions:
- 30 business days to decide if an item is right for you.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Charge:
If the return is due to our fault (incorrect products or quality problems), we will provide a full refund. If the return is due to the buyer's issue (disliking the item, ordering the wrong product, wrong size), we will also provide a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send us an email at managerpowerliftauto@gmail.com.
If shipping an item over $70, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Address:
To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
